How it works
- Drop a video, or several for a batch.
- Pick the edit: rotation angle, reverse, or a speed from 0.25× to 4×.
- Download the re-encoded clip, or the whole batch as a ZIP.
Questions
- Does my file get uploaded?
- No. The models and all processing run inside your browser on your own device. You can verify this yourself: open your browser’s DevTools, watch the Network tab, and process a file: there are no uploads. After the first visit most tools also work fully offline.
- Does rotating re-encode the video?
- Yes. A rotation flag without a re-encode is ignored by many players, so the frames are genuinely rotated and re-encoded, which takes real time on long clips, shown honestly before you start.
- What happens to the audio?
- Rotate keeps it untouched. Reverse drops it by default (reversed speech is rarely what anyone wants). Speed changes resample it to stay in sync, or you can drop it with one switch.
